Flexclip Pricing: Which Plan To Choose + Get A FREE Trial

What Is Flexclip?

FlexClip is a cloud-based video editing tool that I've been using quite a bit over the past year, especially for quick social media videos and client presentations. The interface is really straightforward, which makes it great for people like me who prefer to jump straight into a project without a steep learning curve.

A standout feature is FlexClip's vast media library. Over the past few months, I've created more than 50 videos using assets from their collection of over 4 million videos, images, and music tracks. It's convenient because it saves me the hassle and cost of sourcing these media files myself. The quality of assets is pretty decent too, which enhances the overall look of my videos.

Collaboration and Accessibility

As someone who often collaborates on video projects, I find FlexClip's real-time collaboration features quite beneficial. It allows my team and me to work on the same project without having to be in the same location. This was particularly useful during the times we were working remotely.

Pricing Plans

Each plan is directly accessible via the main pricing page, and switching between them is straightforward—just a couple of clicks from your dashboard. Always consider what you’re getting with each tier; for me, the transitions were logical steps up as I got more interested in editing for social media, especially Instagram.

Free Plan

From my own use, the Free Plan on FlexClip is perfect if you're just dabbling or need something quick for a simple project. Here, you can manage up to 12 projects, and while only getting 480p video quality might not sound great, it's sufficient for tasks that aren't destined for big screens. Plus, it’s completely free! I used it initially for quick social media posts where higher resolution is less critical.

Basic Plan

When I started needing better quality for my YouTube videos, I upgraded to the Basic Plan. At $9.99 a month or $5.99 a month annually, it lets you download videos in 720p HD. You also get to bump up your projects to 50. I found the jump in video clarity noticeable and beneficial for content that needed to look more professional without breaking the bank.

Plus Plan

The Plus Plan was a game changer for me when I began monetizing my content more seriously. Priced at $19.99 monthly or $9.99 monthly when billed annually, this plan supports 1080p Full-HD outputs and gives the freedom of unlimited projects, which I absolutely need. I also started using custom watermarks, which is a fantastic feature for branding. It's worth it if you're creating content regularly and aiming for high engagement.

Business Plan

At $29.99 per month or $19.99 per month annually, the Business Plan is what I use now. It's ideal for full-scale video operations like mine. Unlimited projects, 1080p downloads, and extensive stock media options—it has everything. The stock library alone saves me tons of time and maintains quality, which is crucial when you're outputting lots of content and managing various client projects.

Flexclip Free Trial

The free plan offered by Flexclip actually has no duration limit. This means that it never ends, the only issue is that you'll be limited to 720p HD downloads, and each project can include only 1 stock video and 1 stock audio. Signing up is easy: just go to the pricing section on Flexclip's website, and select the Free Plan option. You can start using it right away by creating an account with your email.

Once signed in, navigating the interface is intuitive. On your dashboard, you can start a new project or manage existing ones. Remember, you can only have up to 12 projects, and each video can be up to 10 minutes long. The free AI credits are a nice bonus, helping you with tasks like auto-captioning or voiceovers. While the plan has its limitations, it’s a great starting point for learning the basics of video editing without any financial commitment.
